Lameizi Foodstuff Co., Ltd. was established in 1998 with a registered capital of 84 million yuan. Formerly known as Yuanjiang Food Cannery founded in 1958. After years of leap-forward development, the Company now wholly controls three factories, one sales company and one food research institute. It is a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization, which takes the development of chilli industry as the main focus, integrates deep processing of comprehensively agricultural and sideline products, and integrates planting base construction, product research and development and production, and omni-channel marketing.
The Company owns three major brands: Lameizi, Guozimei and Xialiaoliao, with over 100 kinds of products of the Company. The omni-channel marketing network covers the whole country, and the products are exported to international markets such as the United States, India and Malaysia. Spicy Giro chili sauce and refreshing sliced orange have become cutting-edge products in the industry.

In 2021, the Company successfully completed the equity change, and Zhuhai Agricultural Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., Hunan Friendship Apollo Holding Co., Ltd., Broad Group Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Dahengqin Innovation Development Co., Ltd. became capital shareholders, injecting new momentum into the industrialization development of the Company.
