  Liangzhilong China Food E-commerce Festival was founded in 2008, always adhering to the ultimate service concept of "There is no difficulty to find ingredients in the world". The exhibition covers seven major regions of China and gathers the resources of major food suppliers in 16 provinces, which has become an influential annual brand exhibition in China's food and catering industry.

  Overview of the Exhibition

  On March 28 to March 30,2023, Liangzhilong・2023, the 11th China Food E-commerce Festival will be grandly held at Wuhan International Expo Center. The exhibition scale is over 200,000 ㎡, and more than 5,000 enterprises gather together, covering more than 60,000 kinds of exhibits including food ingredients, seasonings and supply chain, with an estimated audience and vistors of no less than 260,000. Rely on Liangzhilong, a cutting-edge food exhibition, to help the recovery of catering, promote industry exchanges and cooperation between supply and demand, and promote the new direction of industry development.

  As a brand that has been deeply involved in the seasoning industry for 25 years, Lameizi will also participate in this industry grand meeting. On the one hand, we will make our debut with new products of prefabricated dishes-shrimp tail with sheet jelly, Hunan Mazi and Hunan flavor series. The prefabricated dishes are based on the brand's seasoning advantages for 25 years and have developed after years of ingenuity. On the other hand, there will be the core products of our condiment segment-basic sauce series, dish sauce series, chopped chilli series, dipping sauce series, etc.

  In this exhibition, Lameizi also invited a professional chef team to cook dishes on site. There will be six classic dishes produced for free tasting, such as a large thin shell, fresh and tender Q elastic shrimp tail, plus sheet jelly and other side dishes for on-site DIY cooking; There is also classic Hunan cuisine in 2022 which is cooked with Lameizi perilla chilli sauce-perilla bullfrog, the flesh is delicious and it has tender taste; There are also many popular delicacies such as Mao Shi red braised pork belly, ginger spicy chicken claw cold asparagus and dressed with sauce, steamed fish head with chopped chilli, etc., which bring a feast on the tongue tip to the audience.
